We typically require all customers to use our online upload portal which will be sent to you via our agreed upon commication channels (generally email or WhatsApp). It's a way for us to ensure customer data safety and security.

That's perfect! We offer Add-Ons such as extra pages which you can find on the product page itself. This will allow you to add-on as many extra pages as you'd like.

Please ensure that if you order a coloring book that houses 100 pages that you submit the equal amount in images for generation.

Yes, most certainly! The process remains the same and we will still send the colroing book to you digitally and you can then gift it any way you wish.

Within 24 hours from the time of order is typically all the time it takes.

We will work quickly to deliver your personalised order as soon as possible. Once your order is completed, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your mailbox provider. See our terms here.

Absolutely FREE! Due to us delivering only the digital formats internationally, we do not have any shipping costs. Once our physical books can be offered world wide, shipping will be calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the estimated shipping price before you purchase.

Typically, we prefer delivering the digital format in a high quality printable PDF. If you'd prefer other formats, please contact Support after placing your order.

All orders are considered a final sale. We are unable to accept any returns, or refunds, or exchanges on the items we offer.
